1. MANUAL & AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS SWITCHABLE

Modular design top flange according to DIN/ISO standard. Easier actuation does not require any time-consuming body modification or bracket.

2. ONE-TOUCH PANEL MOUNTING MADE POSSIBLE

A bottom stand with holes and/or metal insert. The valve can be secured to a stand or panel easily.

3. BLOCKING FEATURE

With a safe blocking design, it enables down line pipe removal. True Union connectors allow for simple and quick disconnection. The ball design is engineered to prevent the ball from “popping out” when the union nut (cap nut) is loosened during scheduled maintenance. A shoulder prevents the stem from being ejected when the valve is under pressure.

Excellent flow characteristics by matching valve bore to inside diameter of pipe.

5. DOUBLE O-RINGS

Stem is equipped with a double O-ring arrangement for superior durability and sealing. When excessive stress is applied on the stem, the upper O-ring groove is designed to fail first. In turn, the lower O-ring remains intact and the valve continues to hold pressure, thus avoids costly damages.

6. BUILT-IN SPANNER WRENCH

The top of the handle is designed to be used as a spanner wrench for tightening and loosening the carrier (union).

7. BACKING CUCHION

Secure and even sealing on the seat is accomplished by use of an O-ring backing cushion behind the PTFE seal.
